１）READER MALFUNCTION

・Please ensure Bluetooth and GPS are turned on in your smartphone.
・Turn the RFID reader off and back on, restart the app before starting the game.
・Ensure that the reader/writer is fully charged before play the game.

Both green lights ON indicate the reader is fully charged. One green light indicates it is moderately set. Blinking green lights means the reader needs to be charged as it has no power left. Scanning function works when you hear beep as you scan your ploco shape.

２）WHAT IS SPECIAL BLOCK
The two-tone block is the SPECIAL BLOCK.
It will enhance the power to attack as you play the app.

３）HOW CAN I ACQUIRE ADDITIONAL BLOCKS?
Yes, you can purchase it on the website or at B8ta store. Special Block program will come later on as the brand progresses.
Similarly, you can purchase extra parts separately from the same sources.

４）WHEN WILL THE APP UPDATED
Check our Instagram @plocokids on the app update. We plan to add internet-based battles and STEM mini-games such as math problems.

５）MORE BLOCKS COLORS?
Yes, we are planning to release new colors as soon as possible.
Please look forward to it.Additional blocks, sticks, and power blocks will be available for purchase within a few weeks.

６）WHAT IS HP AND ATK

HP: HEALTH POINT is the value of the shape.
ATK: ATTACK – the power attack.

SUPER BLOCK, a block with two colors combination. It will add the Attack Power
Scan works when you hear beeps.

７）SMART BLOCKS
The blocks are smart. To give you challenges, the HP and ATK value today will be different than tomorrow. This will allow you to keep innovating and keep working on your shape making skills. Big shape do not mean strong HP and ATK value. Small do not mean powerless.
