Basic Policy for Protection of Personal Information

In operating the BlockBattler application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), we respect the privacy of our customers and take great care with personal information, protect it carefully, and strive to manage it appropriately.

1. Purpose of Using Personal Information

As a general rule, your personal information will be used to provide you with information about the Application, to improve your opinions and requests to us, and to respond to your inquiries. If we use your personal information for any other purpose, we will specify its purpose in advance so that you should confirm it before provision of your personal information.

We will not disclose, provide, or transfer your personal information to any third party, except in the following cases:

Cookies are used in the Application. The purpose of using cookies is to make it easier for you to use the Application when you revisit it, and not to violate your privacy.

4. About SSL (Secure Socke Layer)

The Application is compatible with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your personal information.

SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is a protocol (communication protocol) that encrypts and transmits information on the Internet.

By using a security-capable browser such as one of the various web browsers, your personal information such as name, address, or telephone number is automatically encrypted and sent and received, so that even if the transmitted data is intercepted by a third party, you don't have to worry for its contents being read.

If you use a browser that does not support SSL (Secure Socket Layer), you may not be able to access the website or enter information.

5. Scope of Application
This privacy policy applies only to the Application. We do not take any responsibility for the protection of personal information outside of the Application.

6. Acquisition and purpose of use for user information
In providing the Application and the Service, etc., the Company will automatically acquire and handle the user information described below via the Application to the extent necessary to fulfill the following purposes of use.

7. Data transmission of user information outside the device and provision to third parties, etc.

The Company may provide the user information specified in the preceding article and described below to third parties.

(*) Because this , needs to send GPS information to the management app., the location information detected by the Application will be used for the bluetooth function and discarded after a storage period of 6 months.

8. Consent of acquisition, storage and use of user information.

Please read and understand the Application Privacy Policy before using the Application and Service. Users are requested to confirm the Application Privacy Policy when installing the Application.

9. Suspension of user inforamtion acquisition

(1) If you delete (uninstall) the Application and the Service from your device using the delete (uninstall) function of the Application, all user information will be deleted immediately from your device.

(2) When the Application and the Service are deleted (uninstalled) from your device using the delete (uninstall) function of the Application, all user information will be immediately deleted from the device and disposed of from the server on the Service during regular maintenance under appropriate management.

10. Publication of privacy policy for the Application

The privacy policy for the Application applies only to the Application and this Service. The Application privacy policy will be published on the application information screen of the Application. The Company is not responsible for the handling of user information at external URL addresses of businesses other than the Company even if they are linked to the Application or this Service, or at personal URL addresses, etc.

12. Changes to the Privacy Policy of the Application

(1) The Company may change the Application Privacy Policy in accordance with changes in laws and regulations.

(2) If there are changes or additions to the items for which user information is collected, changes in the purpose of use, or changes in the provision of information to third parties as a result of version upgrades of the Application, the Company will notify users before downloading the software and obtain their consent for important items before or at the time of installation. If there is any change in the items to be obtained, the user will be notified before downloading the software.

個人情報保護に関する基本方針

BlockBattlerアプリケーション（以下、「本アプリケーション」といいます。）の運営に際し、お客様のプライバシーを尊重し個人情報に対して十分な配慮を行うと共に大切に保護し、適正な管理を行うことに努めております。

１．個人情報利用目的

お客様の個人情報は、原則として、本アプリケーションに関する情報をご提供する目的や当社に対するご意見、ご要望に関する今後の改善、及び、問い合せに関するご回答のために利用致します。それ以外の目的で利用する場合は個人情報をご提供いただく際に予め目的を明示しておりますのでご確認下さい。

２．第三者への情報提供

お客様の個人情報は、以下の場合を除き第三者に開示、提供、譲渡、することは致しません。

法的拘束力がある第三者機関からの開示要求がある場合お客様本人の同意があった場合

本アプリケーションではクッキー（Cookie）を利用しております。クッキー（Cookie）を使用する目的はお客様が本アプリケーションを再訪された際に便利にお使い頂くことを目的に使用しており、お客様のプライバシーを侵害するものではありません。

４．SSL（Secure Socket Layer）について

本アプリケーションではお客様の個人情報を保護するために「SSL（Secure Socket Layer）」に対応しています。

「SSL（Secure Socket Layer）」とは、インターネット上で情報を暗号化して送受信するプロトコル（通信手順）です。

各種Webブラウザなどのセキュリティに対応したブラウザを利用することで、お客様が入力される名前や住所あるいは電話番号などの個人情報が自動的に暗号化されて送受信されるため、万が一、送信データが第三者に傍受された場合でも、内容が読み取られる心配はありません。

「SSL（Secure Socket Layer）」に対応していないブラウザをご利用の場合は、ウェブサイトにアクセスできなかったり、情報の入力ができない場合があります。

５．適用範囲本プライバシーポリシーは本アプリケーション内にのみ適用されます。本アプリケーション外での個人情報保護については一切の責任を負いません。

６. 利用者情報の取得と利用目的当社は、本アプリケーション及び本サービスの提供等にあたり、次の利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で下記に記載する利用者情報をアプリケーション経由で自動的に取得し、取扱います。

７. 利用者情報の端末外部へのデータ送信および第三者提供等

当社は前条において規定し下記に記載する利用者情報を第三者に提供することがあります。

本アプリケーションの利用統計情報（アプリケーション起動回数）

　－利用目的：本サービスの利用状況確認、サービス改善のため。

　－第三者提供：無

（※）本アプリケーションでは、GPS情報を管理アプリへ送信する必要がある為、本アプリケーションが検知した位置情報は、Bluetoothの機能を使用するため利用した後、6か月の保存期間後に廃棄されます。

８. 利用者情報の取得・蓄積・利用に関する同意

本アプリケーションおよび本サービスは本アプリケーション・プライバシーポリシーをご確認いただき、内容を理解したうえでご利用ください。ご利用者は本アプリケーションをインストールする際に、本アプリケーション・プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

９. 利用者情報の取得停止等

（1）本アプリケーション及び本サービスは、お客様が、本アプリケーションの削除（アンインストール）機能を利用して端末より削除（アンインストール）された場合、利用者情報は全て端末より直ちに削除されます。

（2）本アプリケーションおよび本サービスは、お客様が、本アプリケーションの削除（アンインストール）機能を利用して端末より削除（アンインストール）された場合、利用者情報は全て端末より直ちに削除され、本サービス上のサーバからは適切な管理のもと定期的なメンテナンス時に廃棄されます。

１０. 本アプリケーション・プライバシーポリシーの公開

本アプリケーション・プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリケーション及び本サービスのみに適用されます。本アプリケーション・プライバシーポリシーは本アプリのアプリ情報画面に公開いたします。本アプリケーション及び本サービスからリンクする当社以外の事業者の外部URLアドレス、または個人のURLアドレス等における利用者情報の取扱いについては、当社は責任を負いかねます。

7. 本アプリケーション・プライバシーポリシーの変更

（1）当社は、法令の変更等に伴い、本アプリケーション・プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。

（2）当社は、本アプリケーションのバージョンアップに伴って、利用者情報の取得項目の変更や追加、利用目的の変更、第三者提供等について変更がある場合には、ダウンロード前に通知し、重要なものについてはインストール前もしくはインストール時にあらためて同意を取得させていただきます。
